Every figure is derived from Procent tables in the snapshot (Jobs, Work Order Items, Change Order Items, tblPurchaseOrders, tblPurchaseOrderDetail, tblPOReceiptOfGoods, tblInventory, tblPickTickets). This application never writes to Procent or to SQL Server.

Ages and “past recorded due date” are counted against the snapshot date, not today. Accounting remains in Procent and is unchanged.

AR comments, internal GC codes, PO status overrides and job-tracker entries are kept in Olson’s own database tables and saved through the same service Grafana uses; the AR aging page ages invoices against today in New York, as the Grafana report does.
